We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for an exchange or store credit IF APPLICABLE.
Items will be eligible for exchange or store credit if the exchange process is initiated within 7 days from post marked delivery date!
Please contact email@example.com about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE. Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item to. The customer is solely responsible for their own return postage and cost.
We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Please allow 8-10 days after items has been delivered to process your store credit or exchange if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Worn items
