WHERE ARE YOU LOCATE AND DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION? 

  • Our fulfillment center is located in Philadelphia, PA. Currently, we are offer pickup/delivery in the Philadelphia metropolitan area ONLY.  
    Unfortunately, in all other areas we are exclusively online. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED? 

  • Standard orders are processed, verified within 3-4 business days after payment verification. 
  • Shipped within 3-5 business days for in stock items excluding holidays, sales and weekends.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@luvandcharm.com. We generally process orders within 3-4 business day and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes so please let us know as soon as possible so that we can try to accommodate you.

I forgot to use my coupon code can you put it in after I placed my order?

  • Regrettably, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!

I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event that an item is defective, we can offer store credit. Once we have received your package, your store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address you provided when placing your order. We DO NOT offer cash refunds, only exchanges or store credit.
